Overview

All items sold through the SRN Outlet are surplus or previously deployed IT hardware sold in as-is condition. Please review all product listings carefully before purchasing, including condition notes, photos, and specifications.

All Sales Final

All sales through SRN Outlet are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is materially different from what was described in the listing
  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping

Damaged in Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of both the item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Item Not as Described

If you believe an item is materially different from its listing description, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:

  • Items showing damage caused after delivery
  • Items missing original components not disclosed as missing in the listing
  • Software licenses or digital entitlements
  • Items purchased with knowledge of a disclosed defect or condition

Warranty

SRN Outlet products carry no warranty from SRN unless explicitly stated in the product listing. Manufacturer warranty eligibility, if any, depends on the item’s registration status and the manufacturer’s policies. Buyers are encouraged to verify warranty status directly with the manufacturer prior to purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact [email protected] immediately after placing your order.
