1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of securedretail.com and any purchases made through the SRN Outlet store operated by Secured Retail Networks, Inc. (“SRN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 7 Orchard Rd, Suite 102, Lake Forest, CA 92630. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

SRN Outlet sells surplus, refurbished, and used IT hardware and networking equipment. All items are sold in “as-is” condition unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith based on available information. Minor variations may exist between photos and actual items.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. SRN reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance by SRN. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping

SRN ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. SRN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

7. Condition Disclosure

Unless listed as new, all products sold through SRN Outlet are surplus or previously deployed equipment. Items may show signs of normal wear. Firmware versions, license status, and support contract eligibility vary by item and are disclosed in individual product listings where known. Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their environment before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on securedretail.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Secured Retail Networks, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products purchased through the SRN Outlet. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
